對此曹興誠今（18）日表示正式狀告謝寒冰，提出偽造影音、破壞名譽刑事與民事訴訟，並請求賠償1億元，取得賠償後，將捐助罷免活動。
曹興誠表示，自己出錢邀請知名Helifax國際安全研討會，於本週四、五在台北舉行一場會議，希望促使國際廣泛了解台灣處境，爭取世界對台灣的支持，而為了準備會中演講，昨天沒有時間去仔細了解謝寒冰幹了什麼事。
曹興誠說，今天得出空來仔細了解，批謝寒冰的卑劣無恥沒有底線，決定對他提出偽造影音、破壞名譽的刑事與民事訴訟，並請求賠償1億元，取得賠償後，將捐助罷免活動。
曹興誠指出，此事已經進入司法程序，請大家靜觀司法判決，若持續談論此事件，會轉移了對罷免的焦點，這正是謝寒冰和其中共主子希望達到的目的，呼籲大家不要上當。
曹興誠說，謝寒冰、蔡歪元這些人，都是中共最喜愛的投共名嘴，現在對他抹黑抹黃，是看見罷免聲勢強大，想來破壞罷免領銜人的聲譽，分裂罷免陣營的團結。
這種下流動作，只會激起公憤，讓罷免的力量更加壯大。
曹興誠提及，這2、3年來資助不少錢，協助多位學者律師從事司法改革，在分析問題的時候可以發現，現在一個檢察官一年需要偵辦的案子接近1000個，這個數字讓大家了解，司法部門人力嚴重不足，也為此提出改善建議。
在這個問題沒有解決之前，為了避免增加司法負擔，我對蔡歪元、徐巧芯的謾罵誹謗都盡量忍耐，沒有提告。
最後曹興誠說，不過謝寒冰所為實在太過卑鄙、惡性重大，只好訴諸司法討公道，希望承辦的檢察官、法官對自己不得已的提告，多多包涵。

據《彭博社》報導，美國政府官員近期在與台積電高層的會議中，提出由台積電取得英特爾美國晶圓廠控股權的構想，疑似想藉此加強美國本土的晶片製造能力，同時協助陷入困境的英特爾重振旗鼓。
消息人士透露，台積電對此持開放態度，雙方正在初步討論合作的可能性。
不過伯恩斯坦（Bernstein）知名半導體分析師羅斯根（Stacy Rasgon）卻在最新的客戶報告中指出，台積電與英特爾組建合資企業，並將台積電的製程技術轉移給英特爾，這種做法根本不合理。
他認為，除非條件極為有利，否則難以理解台積電為何願意將其製程技術和知識產權授權給潛在競爭對手。
此外，他也質疑，如果英特爾的下一代18A製程如其所聲稱的那麼先進，為何還需要考慮採用台積電的製程技術。
羅斯根不諱言認為「英特爾似乎已成為白宮的政治棋子」，並且進一步表示，美國政府的干預可能對台美關係帶來潛在風險。
羅斯根說，台灣一直是美國的堅定盟友，但若強行促成台積電讓渡技術，等同逼迫台灣放棄其半導體競爭優勢，質疑「這是胡蘿蔔或棍子，還是公然搶劫？」並認為這種政治操弄可能會產生意想不到的後果，也可能影響美國作為可靠盟友的聲譽。
他接著說，從技術層面來看，台積電的製程技術與英特爾存在顯著差異，即使雙方合作，台積電的製造技術也難以直接移植到英特爾的晶圓廠，因為兩者在製程配方、設備使用和生產流程上都有所不同。
此外，台積電工程師對英特爾的EUV製程並不熟悉，即使合作，雙方也可能會花費大量時間進行調整和適應。
從商業角度而言，台積電與英特爾同為晶圓代工產業的競爭對手。
台積電若與英特爾合資，可能會損害自身的毛利率，並可能導致技術外流，削弱其在全球市場的競爭力。
此外，台積電長期奉行「技術獨立」戰略，與英特爾的合作可能會破壞其「純晶圓代工」模式，進而影響其他客戶對台積電的信任度。
